Do I need to write anything?
No. You tell us about your business or about you, and approve one recommended style. After that, everything is written for you. Reply to the morning email if you want something changed.
Do I have to post it myself?
No. Once you’re happy with your posts, connect your accounts once and approved posts go out by themselves, at the level of approval you choose. Anything you haven’t connected arrives ready to post, with images sized for each network, and articles can go straight onto WordPress sites.
Is it for me as an individual, or for my business?
Any of the three. Businesses get posts that bring in work, starting from their website. Professionals get LinkedIn posts in their own name, starting from a few questions and their LinkedIn About section. Creators get posts that grow a following around the thing they love sharing, built from their own ideas and photos.
Will you write about my employer?
No. You tell us what to avoid, and we never write about your employer’s or clients’ business.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never log in to LinkedIn, your website or anything else for you. If your site runs on WordPress, a small plugin lets your site collect approved articles itself.
When do my posts go out?
Your posts and article arrive in one email each morning. If we post for you, each network gets its own time of day, starting from a sensible time and moving towards the hours your audience clicks. Anything you post yourself goes out whenever suits you.
Which networks does it cover?
LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, plus blog articles for WordPress sites. For other networks, such as X, you get ready-to-post text and images.
How much will it cost?
It depends on how often you need to post, so every plan is a range: professionals and creators from £49 to £99 a month, businesses from £99 to £499. Your free plan researches you and your market, recommends a level with the published evidence behind it, and gives your total monthly price before you pay anything. If less would do, we say so. You decide where to start, and your price never changes without your yes.
What if I have my own ideas?
Good. Change anything in your plan in plain words, tell us what you want to post about, or disagree with us. Your reasons become rules for your account, so every week gets closer to how you want to work. If you know marketing yourself, you set the direction and we do the writing.
What if your suggestion turns out to be wrong?
Then we’ll tell you. Every month we look at your results and say honestly whether your plan is still right, including when it means doing less. If you move up and it isn’t working for you, tell us within a month and we’ll move you back and take the difference off your next bill. There’s no contract either, so you can change or cancel at any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time.
What happens to my details if I don’t sign up?
If you don’t subscribe, we delete everything about you 30 days after your last email with us. We keep only a scrambled code that stops the same free plan being given twice, and delete that after 12 months. We only send you news if you tick the box to ask for it, and you can stop it at any time by replying “stop updates”.
Is AI involved?
Yes. AI helps plan and write the posts and articles. Your replies and your real results teach it what works, and nothing goes out without the level of approval you choose.
What data do you collect?
What you tell us about your business or about you, your replies, the dates of your recent blog posts (never their titles or content), and a daily count of clicks on your article links. We don’t store IP addresses. Full details are in our privacy policy.
